Maximilian has been part of our team since 2019. He specialises in leading large-scale transformation programmes for clients across the banking spectrum, from GSIBs to private banks.
His focus lies in enabling institutions to deliver complex change agendas with speed, clarity and executive alignment. He recently led the centralisation of the loan book for a GSIB, unlocking material balance sheet efficiencies across legal entities.
Prior to joining Magpie, he worked for Fintegral (now Zanders), delivering a wide range of risk-related projects across financial services. Maximilian holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Cologne and is a CFA Charterholder.
