We carved out of LPA Consulting in 2025 and brought twenty years of capital markets work with us, along with the entire team.
We work across risk, compliance and operations. Operational resilience is what that work produces: controls that hold under supervision, processes that survive volume and failure, systems that keep running when something breaks.
We design the target operating model, build the controls and stay accountable until they run in production. Our teams sit inside the client organisation, senior-led, and the people who scope the work are the people who deliver it. Some mandates start with a regulatory deadline or a supervisory finding. More of them start somewhere else: a settlement process that has outgrown its operating model, a change programme stuck between business and IT, a target operating model that exists on paper but not in the line.
We run the assessment, design the target operating model and then build it. Most programmes stall on the last part. Our teams stay accountable through implementation, until the operating environment holds up in daily operations and under supervisory scrutiny. That is where operational resilience is actually built.
