Haris has been part of our team since October 2019. He is a seasoned consultant with deep experience in delivering business and technical transformation for wealth and asset managers, focusing on investment process automation, trading regulations and data management & architecture.
Haris recently led the implementation of an automated rebalancing engine for a Tier-1 Wealth Manager, improving model portfolio replication and reducing transaction costs. His expertise spans front-to-back investment operations, digital tooling, and regulatory alignment.
Before joining our team, Haris served as a Delivery Consultant at Capco Switzerland. Prior to that, he worked at UBS as an Emerging Markets Business Strategist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany and is Safe 5.0 PO/PM certified.
